18 days to go!

Yesterday we finalized plans with the florist. Everyone will have just the right flowers. We also met w/ the rental company and finalized all of the rental items that will be delivered by Thurs. before the wedding on Sat.

We're planning on a blitz production line on Saturday to complete the candy favors, buttermints, programs, bows, and anything else that can be done by 10 women working feverishly to finish all the last minute details.

Becca went today to have a practice hair styling to make sure that the hair is done just right. She did it just right. Bride's happy.

Still working on the music for the ceremony and for the DJ and reception.

Still working on the veil. Trying to match the one at the store that was $195!! I currently have less than $15 in the one she will wear.

  1. 16 Days to Go!

We have finished the program layout and are in the process of putting the final touches on the programs.

We met w/ the musicians yesterday and picked out all of the prelude music. We have added a harp in place of a violin. I think it will be beautiful.

Sarah C. Thompson has completed the DJ music--thank you!!

All of the groom's cake layers are complete and in the freezer, waiting on "Fish" inspiration. Tomorrow is the final dress fitting. Can't wait to see the final product. Veil is just about finished.

We hung the Lone Elm Farm sign @ Carroll & Deanna's tonight. It looks great!

Time is flying by. Trying not to get too sentimental through this whole process. However, the music really gets to me.

    More tomorrow.
